東京を拠点に活動するベースミュージックプロデューサーcommが自身のレーベル ”Synvision Sounds”を始動。

昨年リリースした“Parallax EP”は、音楽、ジャケデザイン、ティザームービー、すべてをセルフプロデュースした意欲作。彼女が生み出す綺麗なメロディと強いベースサウンドが混じり合う独特な構成とノスタルジックさに導かれる不思議な世界観を表現。立体感や遠近感を持たせる意味を持つパララックス（視差）というタイトル通り、５つのストーリーと視差効果が堪能できる。

そしてレーベル名の”Synvision”は彼女が作り出した造語で、「現実には存在しないシステムが生み出した幻のビジョン」「音楽でしか体験できない視覚」「虚構と現実の境界を超えた視界」といった“Parallax EP”で魅せた不思議な世界観による視差と共通する「視覚・視界」というテーマと意味が込められている。

本格的にレーベルを始動させるにあたり、ローンチパーティ”Parallax”を下北沢のSPREADで開催。

ゲストには、ドイツのレーベル”Poems”のオーナーGenus Aixを迎える。

また、日本のベースミュージックシーンをリードする HERBALISTEK、カルト的なメロディーで強烈なエネルギーを放つラッパーDogwoods、グルーヴィーなテクノで永遠に踊らせるRINALUCKY、独特な世界に導いてくれるtoshimura、そしてcommがラインナップ。

ベースミュージックとディープテクノ、ヒップホップといった多様なジャンルにインスパイアされ、アンダーグラウンドでストイックな音を追求している個性豊かなアーティスト達による唯一無二の空間は、まさにcommが目指す不思議な視界・視覚効果を生み出し、これまで体感したことのないものになるだろう。

Tokyo-based bass music producer comm launches her own label, “Synvision Sounds,” with an official release party at SPREAD.

In 2024, comm released Parallax EP: a fully self-produced project that encompassed not only the music but also the artwork and teaser movie. The EP showcased her unique world where beautiful melodies intertwine with powerful bass, evoking a soundscape both nostalgic and otherworldly. Just as its title suggests -Parallax, meaning depth and perspective- the EP unfolds across five stories, each layered with its own shifting viewpoints.

The label name “Synvision” is a coined word created by comm. It embodies the themes of “visions born from systems that don’t exist in reality,” “visuals that can only be experienced through music,” and “a perspective that crosses the boundaries between fiction and reality.” These ideas are deeply connected to the surreal world of Parallax EP and its theme of shifting vision.

To officially kick off the label, comm will host the launch party “Parallax” at Shimokitazawa’s SPREAD.

The lineup includes Genus Aix, owner of the German label Poems; Japan’s leading bass duo Herbalistek; rapper Dogwoods with his cult-like melodies and raw energy; RINALUCKY, who delivers hypnotic grooves through techno; toshimura, who guides listeners into his unique sonic world; and of course, comm herself.

Blending influences from bass music, deep techno, and hip hop, the night promises a singular experience shaped by uncompromising underground artists. Prepare to step into a new vision: an audio-visual journey unlike anything you’ve felt before.
